I've been feeling a bit blase about this game, actually been more excited about cooking tomorrow, very slow roast pork shoulder with crackling, some canoli to follow, kids chocolate hunt with tricky riddle clues...

But now that it's game day, getting excited! Will be compulsive viewing to see whether the side can keep the roll going!

No reason why not, another mid-level pretender opponent, a home game at our actual home ground, another chance for Koula and Tuipulotu to show their talents.

Manly to win!

This is a worry game for me.. titans have a tendency to pull our pants down and spank us.. if we don’t show up 100% on the ball they will take the win..

Having said that, sunny arvo at Brooky, I’m taking manly 1-12.
Hoping the lineup is rearranged tho, ide like to see koula at fullback and tuipulotu in the centres… I felt watching last weeks game we were playing without a fullback in attack… would prefer someone familiar with the job at 1 if available over a winger

4 wins from 6 starts is a lot better then 3 from 6 so certainly hope that Manly can get the job done , absolutely no room for complacency for a start . Titans can be unpredictable which has caused some issues for Manly in recent seasons but a good Manly side tonight and some important improvement since the disappointing early season start . Sipley should add to an already recent eager forward pack and koula every chance of providing some extra spark out wide . Feel for Harper , has noticeably got better the past couple of games but some serious competition for most spots and certainly in the back line in the Manly line up now . Hope that they can put it all together in front of a home crowd tonight . Go Manly

Mores the point what’s @mickqld reckon ??
Back at spiritual home. I like the changes with Koula, Tuipolutu and Sipley in I think they'll add the extra X factor. Should be a big home crowd with fine weather. I'm quietly confident the boys will bring it home.....oh hang on there's a ref ans bunker clowns. This will be a ref reaming decision Titans by 6.

I am watching crowded house live at 6pm tonight and will stay away from the phone
Cheer loud at brookie and send the titans home big losers
Seriously hope we put a cricket score on them with length of field tries, leaping into the air for bombs and big mobile forwards crashing through the line from 20 out and scoring at will
Will take a sneaky look at ST after last song which
Manly
Happy to see the below get up with my 10 on it

As much as he is less effective now days, I think Taupau is still a better proposition than Sipley. The Titans are no easy beats and have plenty of points of them. Our defence will need to be on song. Fafita running wide is always dangerous even if he is lazy. It only takes one good run for 4 points.

It's only natural to go to a concert sometimes but remember if you want to catch the replay you'd better be home soon. :)

I still think we'll get the win, but we have a bad habit of falling asleep against the Titans and AJ Brimson cuts us to pieces.

Im not as sold on Sipley as others as I think he's a liability in goal line defence as his lateral movement is terrible. Hopefully he gives us some go forward though, as Marty hasn't.

Danger game, i hope Koula has warm shoulders as I have a feeling that Fifita will be up for a big game today.

Like last week, keep to a simple game plan, defend well and we get the two points. If we try and open the game up it could play right into the titans hands. They thrive on that adlib type of game

GO MANLY!!

Fifita plays right edge for Titans so he will be on Davey/Foz/Parker side. That is our stronger side defensively.

We don't lose much without Kapow, given his current form Sipley should fill in admirably.

Not sure how this one will roll, Titans can score some points when they click. Both their wingers get in and do plenty of work coming out of their end. Long kicking game needs to find the grass today.

yes we cant have Keppie and Sipley on at the same time that is for sure... that is a recipe for total disaster given they both fall asleep and their lateral defence on covering up the inside run/pass is diabolical. Hopefully though in attack Sipley is coming off the boundary on the long run and shows Keppie how to make some yards.
