Been away from ST for a fair bit the last few weeks. Certainly a marked lack of enthusiasm towards the team. Sad state of affairs when an hour or 2 before kickoff against the Storm and very few seem to give a flying f**k. Pathetic performance from the club this year.

Yeah I am a bit blase about Manly now in 2022. Those unlosable losses did it for me. Although my mate till has faith in them. Was going off his head yesterday that we didn't snag Lodge and his opinions on a certain centre and winger in the team, have to be censored in public and cannot be repeated.

Hello from HK. Tomorrow we celebrate 25 years of head in the sand governance from fear afar. Our lives are disrupted by a ridiculous over-bearing police force decked out in bullet proof vests and carrying on like pork chops for a supposed one day visit from the god of the north. Nobody here cares except for the 12 brain-washed patriots and the thousands of paid flag-waving employees. I hope the boys can lift tonight and give me something real to cheer about.

Our lives are disrupted by a ridiculous over-bearing police force decked out in bullet proof vests and carrying on like pork chops for a supposed one day visit from the god of the north. Nobody here cares except for the 12 brain-washed patriots and the thousands of paid flag-waving employees. I hope the boys can lift tonight and give me something real to cheer about.

If you do happen to stand in front of a tank, blocking its path, make sure you're wearing maroon & white, carrying an Eagles flag - and you'll be ok.

Probably a fair few curled up in defensive position after taking a series of body blows this year, starting with Turbo rubbed out, then losing to Souths because we only had 12 men, and then ripped off by the ref against the Eels, and lastly a 4 minute meltdown v Cows.
That is 4 kicks in the guts for fans because we ride the emotional rollercoaster.
We might be trying not to look but I guarantee we all will!
