It only gets worse ... in the telecrap today, out of the 20 or so expert tippers, only 2 tipped Manly ... Braith and Rothstool .. we are beyond doomed.

Melbourne Storm games are probably my favourite matches of the year. Great yardstick for us.....

I think today will be funny though. If we win, I feel like the negative Nancy's already have their 'Storm were understrength' script written (thus discrediting our performance).
If we lose, we will get the 'I told you so' rubbish and 'we can't beat a top 4/8 team' crap,

I am confident that our UNDERSTRENGTH Manly team (missing our best prop, and a certain Daly M player of the frikkin year) will overturn the comps 'best team'.

The important part of our Season starts TONIGHT. get a win here and some momentum, and we are on our way to September footy.

I’m an unabashed Keppie fan.Payne Haas aside,front rowers don’t hit their peak til around 25-27,so he has a couple of yrs to learn his craft and eradicate the errors he tends to make.He’s a no nonsense hard hitter and with a bit of fitness could reach Fisher-Harris levels

I agree DCE may very well lose us the game. I don't think the other two will though. I think any fair-minded person would look at harper and Saab's form for the last few games and give them a decent rating. Harper especially, has turned his form around - and he needed to. DCE is just way too inconsistent for the money and status he has in this team.

In a game where if we're to win we have to score at least 20+ points I'd really like Schuster to start and stay there as long as possible.
