I suspect they’ll say to him”you can coach next season,your final year of the contract,but we won’t be renewing it for ‘24” which leaves Des with the decision to stay or go immediately.And if things turn sour after 5-10 rounds,which they inevitably will because players are pea hearts once they know a coach is out the door,then the Penns will sack him with only a minimal pay out
