Game Day: Manly v Raiders [Round 4, 2022]

It’s probably our best half of the season thus far. Defensively we’ve been good. Very disciplined and wrapping up the ball as best as one can against the likes of Papalii and Tapine.

However, we are still a little hit and miss in attack. We had some good opportunities inside Raiders 20 to stretch our lead at the back end of the half and come up with errors.

I think we can win this.

J Aloiai did well, as did Koula. Just need to up the tempo and aggression a little and I think we’ll get the W

The game will be won and lost when Papalii and Tapine have their second stints. If we can control that 20m period where they are a one-two punch, we will win.
