Big O's goal line defence leaves a lot to be desired. I know players were sucked inside, but he has to react more decisively. He just hangs back and doesn't really commit to anything... ends up hanging out an arm as players run by him to score.

Agree. Keppie was slow AGAIN to slide and cover the inside. That said, Big O is doing absolutely nothing in those situations.
