Taupau reveled in being the top dog again, DCE worked beautifully off the go forward and Jake was Jake, that tackle on RCG was unbelievable

I nearly retired from reading Silvertails reading that Jake is overpaid recently

It took parra 20 seconds to score that last try, if the clock had stayed on 17secs they would not have had time to score. That blatant favourable calls for parra are incredible

Even if a player is attempting to offload the ball, if there is more than one tackler he can't take the ball off him, no matter how loose the carry is. Its a dumb rule but that is the rule.

Sloppy second half. Them losing Brown was a massive bonus for us. The amount of ball we turned over with his go forward they would have been tough to hold out. But gutsy win as we had our own share of injuries and HIA's too. Nice controlled first 20 minutes set us up and caught Parra on the hop.

How can there be a 17 sec difference - I call BULL SH.T. !!! The blatant anti Manly campaign by the NRL officialdom is unbelievable and very disturbing for the game and our supporters They say that it all evens out in the end but when are we going to start getting any calls at all !!!!!

This time not even the refs could save them

The refs certainly did their bit to get them back into the game (that "not a strip" call on Blake is as bad a call as I've seen all year) and it looked like we were about ready to shoot ourselves in the foot as the second half wore on, but they hung in for a great win. Any year when we beat Parramatta twice (even if we only get two points out of it) is a good year.
