Gee Mark your a glass half empty these days. Fair go I always like ur posts but man they are on the downer of late. Where’s Bozo for an injection of positivity? We were ordinary again in attack but we are keeping teams to bugger all (sharks game aside). People were banging on about how ponga was going to feast on us, never happened! A few slight calls go our way and it’s a different result against a team who most are saying will contend this year. Still a long way to go this year.

Close game. I'm not blame h the ref for that one. Dud call sure but the knights defence was unreal. Good solid game of footy played by two second rung teams. Matched Storm v Roosters for intensity (if not skill).

Funa and Jorge are better wingers, Suli and Parker are better centres and Garrick is a better fullback. Unless he plays 9 I can't find a spot for him.

I'm not saying our backs are on fire though! Far from it they need some spark ... I just don't think Elliott is it though. Understand what you say though

Listening on the radio it sounded like a very winnable game stifled by an unpenetrative attack. Sounded like, similar to the Parra game, if we played our best then it wouldn'tve come down to banking on the right call on the last play of the game.

Too right, we had nothing to offer in attack. The way we have been going the last 3 weeks is nothing special in today’s game. We look lost and to be blunter again,it’s hard to remember us running onto the ball instead of standing flat footed.

Garrick was much, much better positionally in defence today, but offers zero in attack.

In reality, a couple of dumb plays cost us the match (looking at you Jake).

Fustrating all round tbh.

I don't know, mave - I thought he did well with his kick returns and chimed in when he could. Actually put a nice little kick into the in-goal that got us a repeat set. So a bit more than zero, I reckon.

But yeah, frustrating game to watch. Said so at half-time and it didn't get much better. We weren't great, but I thought we had their measure and were the better team overall. I knew giving up that try just before half-time would come back to bite us, and it did.

Apparently AFB called Atkins a ‘effing r****d’. I get the heat of the moment comment, but it’s not on. If he spends some time on the sideline, he only has himself to blame.

Need a strike outside back ... I do love our guys but f.uck we need a weapon. Aimless hitups isn't going to do it. Cust had a cracker. I'm liking him more and more (except for THAT pass).

Yeah saw that too, he will probably be sitting on thw sideline. I know it's the heat of the moment and the ref was ****house but it won't be good for him

Well, he has got to learn. In a couple of games this *year he has been warned to watch his mouth. I won’t complain if he has to spend time on the sideline for that.
