I did the same in the 95 GF, got 7’s on the dogs, had a tidy sum on them too, I was at the game, I’d much rather we won and I wouldn’t of give a dam about the punt, but it certainly softened my day, but I won’t be touching the squeels.

I think we win by 20 if he doesn’t play. Talk of an improved performance from them last week was pretty misguided I thought. That Dogs team was awful last Sunday really.

They improved a lot over the previous couple of weeks, but like you say, it was mostly down to a depleted dogs side that lacked any cohesion with the ball, however produced their same dogged effort without the ball, thats where they won it.

We should win this, it’s Brookie, which is returning to its former glory as a fortress, the big test will be next week and how this saga around our captain goes, if we turn up and resume as normal, I’ll be happy, if we sh1t the bed and the wheels come off……….nah can’t happen.
