Ok, originally I tipped a more tighter game but in all honesty this could be as close we get to full strength for the remainder of the year. We are fresh, we are beaming with confidence, a nice mixture of youth and experience, plenty of pace, some good size up the middle, a couple of X Factors, and a packed home game, dry track and some of the best defensive players running around right now.

Everything is pointing towards a totally dominant performance by the Manly boys.

**** the ref's, we can really stamp out their influence with a Dominant and controlled first 30 minutes. We can suck the life out of the Eels during this period and orchestrate a sublime attacking performance for the final 50 minutes.

So after saying all of that let's just say that I am quietly confident that we can pile on at least 34 points. At the very least. And only let in two tries Max. But that is all underestimates!!!

So worst case scenario - Manly 34 Eels 12

But if we really take advantage of our dominance and play a smart controlled game and keep our foot on the peddle and that includes keeping Turbo and Schuster on the field for the entire 80 minutes well it will be a bloodbath IMHO.

Then we will see something close to the best case scenario which would involve us scoring 7-9 tries - Manly 50 Eels 4 LoL

I will choose an I'm between only because we still have some combinations to sort out and it is very energy sapping weather tonight.

My revised pick - Manly 40 Eels 12

A good solid 28 point thrashing that keeps us well and truly at the top of the ladder.

Enjoy :)

This has been a very lucky day for me so far, and I feel as though the Manly boys will create their own luck tonight. A non stressful Manly game for a change. It has been a while. Just hoping we don't play too flat in attack. We are better suited to a deeper style attacking line so we can create some space and take full advantage of our speedsters.

This is our first true test of the season

For me it feels like our season starts proper tonight.

Parra won't want to go 0-3.

First half majority possession key tonight

The team who has less possession tonight in these conditions won't last.

Head says parra by 8
Heart says us by 1 that will do

If Parra had Lane and Matto playing it'd be squeaky bum hole time. With those outs we should win and a loss will be incredibly disappointing.

The weather will be 28 degrees come kick off.

I think we will fade will lack of fitness tonight parra will be match fit

Parra have 2 close matches under there belts

I hate saying it but parra by 8
I don't follow that logic at all. We are coming off the bye, they are coming off a punishing match against the Sharks. The heat should help us if anything - our boys will be a lot fresher.

Thinking they‘ll attack our edges tonight, look to play around our outsides, hope (Tug boats) on.

Guac and Kelma need big games, especially making marker.

Parra usually play well if they start well, we need to keep the brakes on and own the first half, hopefully 0-3 creeps in, see them start to push unnecessary plays under pressure.

Starting with patience and earning the right with good discipline is how we win, if Parra start well, they play off the back of confidence.

I’d like to see us target and get at Hodgo, his no Mahoney and has struggled to play out the 80 the last 2 weeks. Keeping him under pressure and making him work defensively will go a long way to winning us the game.

Side note, the bloke in 6 has been below his best and usually plays well against us, keeping him out of the game is also pretty important if we’re to come away with the W.

Waiting for the game has been torture! Let’s Go
