This team looks awesome @Ryan . I am really looking forward to seeing the team up against the Storm. I believe that this team (on its day) is capable of beating any other team in the comp. Unfortunately, the same team on an off day is also capable of losing to most other team s in the comp. Great team though.

That’s a good team. Despite the Des haters in here I think he’s been enormous bringing this group together. We all have our views on who’s best and where but at the end of the day it has to be next man up and if you’re picked in the team, you gotta do the job. Des is loyal that is clear but he’ll make tough calls on guys not performing (jetski). Said it earlier I think the hub will work really well in our favor. We are really connected as a u it this year. How good was it at the end where Harper snd Walker walking off arms around one another laughing and joking! This is two guys basically competing for the same job. We are a really United unit. Can’t wait for the double header at Suncorp next Saturday. Feel for the Silvertails brothers and sisters in Sydney, but I’ll be out there cheering the side each game I can get to up here.

I agree with your first two points, but Walker? Seriously?
He is the one player in the Manly squad I have no time for. He disrupts the backline, makes some childish mistakes, and our attack flowed when Con was on the field. There is no way I'd re-sign Walker.

That's a lot of work there as a coach. Get everyone pulling in the same direction, lookout.

I like the face they get.up each other on the field (Turbo to Paseka, Marty to Suli, Garrick to Keppie tonight) , because it shows accountability within the group, but broad enough shoulders to take it on the chin, and for it not to be a drama !

Walker is a centre , not a half or fullback , till he plays there that's when he will be at his best , but our centres are going great at the moment ,

Maybe...but both our centres are better than him as well.

14 is his only spot in this team.

One of our best wins this season. Josh Schuster is a star.

On a negative note - Garrick not really a fixture. He’s our long term winger but I think we should really start trying to develop Kaeo Weekes or Tolu Koula into our backup fullback as the latter will hopefully play for us permanently one day and Kaeo can also play half so might get some game time at other stages of the season.
