Whilst I'm wrapped that we won there has been some worrying performances recently. The Knights and Raiders losses. The terrible 1st halves Dragons, Cows, Titans. We have to get our heads above those complacencys and perform to the level of drizzle,pennys. The scumatta flogging was an awesome sign but at full strength we'll see where they're at Rd 21,22 but we cannot fukup against the lower sides anymore.

Cust did some great things tonight including a great 40/20 when we were coming off our line after being under pressure, if one of our halves is out at any time I wouldn't hesitate to slip him in there

Dylan is not a half and he’s not a fb. That much we have established this season. He prob is still a handy Centre but is 4th in line for that gig. Not much else to say really. He does seem to be well liked tho and a good clubman. I am interested to see him have a go in the centres at sone point.

I think the Dragons gambled this week by playing most of their 'suspended' players, hoping they could jag a win against us without Tom, Jake and DCE - and lost. They might be in trouble for the next few weeks

We are now in 5th, still 6 points behind 4th but will be 4 points clear of 7th after this round

They will tank the Bunnies game, probably sit 8 players, by then they will be able to bring in development and NSW cup players to avoid forfeiting.

Had to watch the game on my phone as the whole town has lost power after gale force winds. So I'll probably watch a replay at some stage to get a better view!

I thought Marty had a huge game. We needed to win it up front. Interesting move starting with Sipley. Well done to the whole team, special mention to Cust who was very good. Haumole, Schu, Foran, Lawton, Garrick, Suli, Harper, it really was a great team effort.

He's a fantastic player. Runs a great line. Is quick. Is elusive.

I thought Keppie was okay, and I don't think he's soft like people are saying.

I also thought Walker was fantastic tonight. So did Des. Hope he's resigned asap !

I agree with your first two points, but Walker? Seriously?
He is the one player in the Manly squad I have no time for. He disrupts the backline, makes some childish mistakes, and our attack flowed when Con was on the field. There is no way I'd re-sign Walker.

They are not that worrying Mick in this comp. sometimes crap teams get up and the refs play a role too. heck we beat up the Queens with our best players out and playing most the game with 4 halves. I took the expectation out of this one and not one f bomb dropped in front of the young fella tonight. I was impressed! In reality this comp consists of 6 teams only. The gulf between team 6 (us) and 7 (the goons) is enormous at full strength. We should win our next 2 with ease (and I’ll be there for both). The games v Melb and Parra can’t come soon enough for mine.

I think he means shoe but I have a feeling we might be surprised with an earlier than round 22 return for aloiai as I saw he is already in the bubble in the sheds with the boys. Also interesting to see Siro there too. If he was not expected to be back in the next 3-4 weeks why would we waste one of our 41 staff and player spots on him.
