Either way, I firmly believe that we can win this one. Our form other than the game against the Chooks has not been had at all lately, certainly not the form of potential wooden spooners (which I also firmly believe we will avoid).

The Dogs on the other hand caught a very flat Tigpies and a rather lazy Brisbane in the past 2 weeks and even though they've won those games, they still didn't look overly impressive.

Manly by 12 with Penny to complete a hat-trick of doubles.

According to Fox.....this is the first time Manly have played the Dogs with both teams in the bottom 4 since Round 13, 1965.

That match, played at Belmore in front of a whopping attendance of 2,760, saw 9th placed Manly run out 35-15 winners over the 7th placed Berries.

Nick Yackich scored 3 tries for Manly with Bill Bradstreet, Frank Stanton, George Smith and Mick Veivers also crossing for tries. Fullback Bob Batty landed 7 goals.

Barry Reynolds scored all 3 of the Berries tries while Les Johns kicked 3 goals.

Lets see a similar Manly performance today.
