For all you Voss haters, it may have been the ground announcer who mistook Sirro for Keppie but it was Voss who ridiculed him and said pretty hard for Keppie to that from a 1000 km’s away as the camera pans to him on the sideline, who’s the biggest fuknut manly hating pants down playing with himself commentator of all time then
Is there any Voss lovers ?? ,
(apart from himself)

We need to give Keppie and Tent a run next week. We need to shore up our forwards, who were soft up the middle today.
I'd also give Suli a chance in the centres. I admire Parker but he must be one of the easiest blokes to tackle. Suli can break tackles.
I'm not sure if we can afford to have Walker in the top 17. Load up the bench with some power forwards; we have enough strike without Walker who is a hog.
Walker was great today. You're prejudicial bias toward the Des and Walker comes across as petulant. Did you write these kinds of aspersions when working as a journalist?

From an attacking perspective, it could have easily been over 50 points again as we blew 4 tries.

Biggest concern is defence. Against teams that throw it around we struggle defensively, Tigers, Sharks and Warriors of most note then again at times today. Sipley concerns me around the ruck as he is slow to move laterally, he's being targeted.

Anyway, we are in the 4, we could have been better but we also didn't lose. Was good to see Des try a few new plays today. Paseka and Keppie will be welcome additions I think.

GO MANLY!!

We had quite a few tired players out there today. It looks like Harper needs a rest and so does Croker. Obviously Paseka and Keppie need to play some serious minutes as well, Paseka as starting prop and Keppie in the prop rotation off the bench. I think Des needs to go with Lawton next week as an 80 minute hooker. Suli should also play a whole game as right centre. Starting props are Taupau and Paseka. Sironen drops out. Bench is Walker, Aloiai, Keppie, Sipley. Taupau does 25 minutes, and then depending on the situation sits out the rest of the game. Thoughts?

I thought Walker played well today. I would keep him in the 17 next week. I would like to see Lawton start as hooker, as Croker clearly needs a rest coming into the finals.

Still Voss

You look at all teams this week storm us roosters and Panthers all not playing any where near there best.

They all including us have played so much better this year at times.

I still think if we play our cards right I can see us reaching a preliminary final this year.

Tough day at the office today but glad we got the win.

I think all the top teams have half an eye on the finals but whilst Souths, the Roosters and the Eels tried to play finals-like intensity this weekend, The Storm, Panthers and us seem to be coasting.

Given how many players the former 3 are losing to injury and suspension I think we might have had the better run of it this weekend. Got a comfortable win but no injury concerns and Aloiai will probably only get a fine for that boot incident.

There’s too much short sightedness in the appraisal of rugby league performances...

We were ordinary today, yes. But that is no measure of how we will play in the finals. You only need to look as far as last night to see that a team’s true performance is influenced by ENERGY and INTENT. When we see Manly win a narrow game against a wooden spooner with plenty of energy and intent, can we begin to panic about the state of our game.

alas, we played with little energy and intent and that explains why we were poor today. We flogged the Dogs 66-0 and turned up today just waiting for the final siren so we could bank the two points and move on.

This bloke openly says he won't choose Manly to win, even when he know's we are going to (I believe he may be a Parra fan, but don't quote me) - in fact, he ACTUALLY has said he hates Manly, on air - Andy Raymond (imagine him and Voss commentating a Manly game together hahaha):

Yes he is a parra supporter, explains much, he is irrelevant
