That was the exact view I got too. . Got my Choc hug after the game, life is all good. Great game played by Manly. I can also confirm that Choc and a DCE hugged after the game.

Its currently 11:59pm in Adelaide and Nein's coverage on GEM doesn't start until 1:30am.....

Tonight was Des Hasler's first loss at Brookvale as an opposition coach and his first loss there as a member of another team since 10 August, 1997 (Round 19) when he played lock (and captain) for Western Suburbs in a 48-14 drubbing. Welcome home Des LOL

I usually only read game day threads when we win because the roller coaster ride from you guys rivals the most dramatic soap opera. Kinda awesome!

No pun intended but that was such a dog shot by fatsiano to take dce out.

Probably a half time request by des.

We're not winning so take him out and in the last 10 mins try to star fights.

They almost scored I think, whilst a whole group of the players were pushing in centre field.

Great win by the Manly men!

Poor snake had to do a whole victory lap high five-ing you guys. (anyone get a high five? - if so I probably saw you as the telecast showed the whole thing.


At the start of the match it looked like the mascot lost his foot in the mud!

As posted elsewhere...didn't get much rub of the green last night, and the dogs were allowed to put up camp after every tackle!

On one 5th tackle...fatsiano was actually laying on the ball after it was played but nope......dogs don't have to clear the ruck apparently.

Yes a rest for Choc next week and hopefully a non starter for SOO, but I doubt that will happen.

Choc deserves to play SOO #2 - when the Blues stop the losing run, he has put in so much and it would not feel right for him.not to be on the field when the Blues win it.

Certainly was and yes probably done as instructed.

I sure did get my high-5 fix from Snake, along with a very muddy Ferris, Hiku, Lui, Horo, Tommy and the ever faithful Matty Ballin. Not washing my hand in a hurry lol
