What 'facts' do you want Darren?

No player testing positive? NRL supporting the clubs usage of various sports sciences, including calfs blood? No indication at that time that anything illegal occured? That he wasn't even there when we won in 2011?

How about that nothing illegal has actually been found in Essendon and they are simply acting as a precaution, getting on the front foot before the media broke the story with more speculation.

He also left Manly in 2010, so the 2011 GF was free of calf's blood - a legal substance BTW.

Its a nothing story for the NRL and sounds like Administration hysteria in light of the Armstrong hysteria IMO. All NRL Players are subject to drug testing the whole year.

That story suggests a couple of things.

1) Orford was injected with calves blood after the 2008 GF.

The story then goes right on to imply the following:

2) The "doctor" experimented with Orford and that Orford was a major factor in the Manly GF win and that Orford was sceptical of the "sports science"

No matter how many times its read that is one piece of dubious journalism right there.
