And how the club hierarchy responded and took the beards side when he took matters into his own hands. The little Willie won't be back. Most clubs would have kept that whole little storm in a tea cup out of the media. It a non even even by today's standards.

Haha. Ivan has a decent chin on him which he passed down to his son. But yes you're right - a chin that size doesn't come cheap..

Well according to Dean Ritchie in today’s paper, Seibold will still be coach next year.

Hard to be optimistic next year if that is the case however previously it was leaked that Siebold was not a "lifetime footy coach' and would move into more of an overseer role with Ennis taking over in 2027. for 2026 something has to change. IF Siebold is still around then there needs to be a shake up with the asst coaches and change of recruitment strategy. We need some younger, more mobile forwards, Jake to prop (and part of the rotation) and a different game plan (which hopefully Fogarty brings).

Agree. A very depressing thought that we have a full offseason to look forward to more of the same. A major shakeup is needed, and Seibold is most definitely not the guy to do it. He struggles to shake up the weekly team roster, let alone overhaul anything else. There is nothing to suggest he is the man to bring through rising new talent in what shapes as a crucial year for the club.

I have heard that the chin was not handed down by Ivan, even though Ivan's is big, but rather it was inherited from Nathan's mum, who happens to be Josh Stuart's sister, we all remember Josh's chin.
Poor Nathan never had a chance with those genes.
Luckily for Nathan's future offspring is that he's not involved with Brent Tate's daughter.
