@maxta , Does the self defence rule apply in the NRL where one can use reasonable force against players like the Melbourne moron who lash out uncontrollably with punches . An example of a reasonable force would be to duck under a punch and put your fist in their abdominal region to stop them and bring them down in their knees gasping for air in a fetal position .

Its the mental toughness and discipline that makes you conquer no matter how physically strong you are . It takes more than muscle to get over the top of your opponent . It takes the mind of a champion and not the mind of a goose that has no self discipline and self control . Only mentally tough players control the course of the game .
Self discipline is the basis of mental toughness and players like the Melbourne moron that have no self control are as weak as sht
