I couldn’t help myself and wen onto the Eels forum to see this lovely article about the Dalai Brad.



The eels have been a utter basket case ever since Old Smithy left , their is no doubt Smith had to go as he Stayed to long but Dennis Fitzgerald , Spagnolo and the Failed plumber himself Steve Sharp all played their part in slowly ruining the eels .

When Smith left Fitzy needed to hire a coach who would of continued in upholding what Smith had put in place yet all he did was hire a coach who just won the wooden spoon with the knights.

Hagan can shove his premiership victory with the knights up his anus as he played f*** all part, Warren Ryan built that team and Andrew Johns coached them , Hagan just had the title as coach.

When this bum came he changed a lot of what Smith put in place and he got rid of most of the people Smith put in charge of running our juinors and that is when the slow decline for the club began .

When Spagnolo came along he had the opportunity to hire someone who could of taken advantage of all the resources the club had but he gave us a inexperienced bum who sat next to Bellamy for a few years and like a lot of the unicorns who make excuses for BA thought we were going to be the new Melbourne.

Then he gave us one of the biggest dopes to ever coach in Stuart which meant the club went for 8 years without even remotely coming close to rebuilding the club .

Then the worst thing to ever happen to Parramata, the great Steve Sharp came along and he continued with the bum coaches .

But Sharp being in a special class when it comes to being a moron wanted to top the previous administration so he gave us Brad Arthur, big Steve thought since the club just won the last 2 wooden spoons a inexperienced coach was the man for the job .

Sharp being the great failure he was not only gave us a inexperienced coach he gave us one with the most embarrassing credentials , he gave us a dope who Steve himself had more footy knowledge than .

Now what the club desperately needed was experience and more experience but we got the opposite , I knew BA was a bum after 6 games in 2014 and that is when i gave him the bush coach name .

Brad Arthur has brought zero standards and professionalism to the club .

Has done f*** all for our Juinor system.


Has given us piss poor recruitment.


Has shown piss poor development of players.


A acute lack of any coaching skills when it comes to teaching and correcting players faults .

Under the Bush Coach we play as if we aren't being coached , even Phil Gould Said last year that when he sees the eels play he can't see a game plan , Parra plays like a little virgin boy who just sticks it in and hopes for the best .

Brian Smith either has to be coach for a couple of years to rebuild the club or be in-charge of our football operations in all areas, our board and Bernie do not have the footy smarts to make a left field decision and they need to have someone who can insure the footy side of things is run to it's potential.

He some good points though.

I said it in the Rd.4 other games thread, while I don't really subscribe to the one man team theory, it really is looking like Semi Radradra carried doesn't-matta over the past couple of years.

He was their leading try scorer. He regularly made more metres than the forwards and just about half of their line breaks and tackle busts were down to him. Doesn't-matta scored more tries from inside their own 40 in 2017 than any other team and most of that was actually down to Semi. How many times were they struggling to get out of their own 20 only for Semi to make a break and go the length to score or set it up so someone else could score?

They don't have that any more.

There was a reason that Mal and Kangaroos management wanted Semi to play for Australia rather than Fiji.

I'll tell you who they are also missing.....Gutho, and not just for his goal kicking.
