They get it from Toddles "Discretionary Cap Fund".So we should expect to see him running out at ANZ on Friday night then. Can anyone also explain where parra have suddenly got all this extra space 'under' their cap

So who will they buy mid season to replace Jennings for the month? The club that keeps on giving 😉
Michael Jennings is out for a month after scans revealed a quad injury.

So, after losing Norman to injury and then signing Missed Tackles Moses for far more than he's worth, doesn't-matta also lose Jennings.
Don't worry, wait until he does something wrong and he will only be remembered as being at Manly.Amazing how they gloss over the time he was at Manly

The NRL should permantly ban meehan from playing NRL ever again
Hard man's return hits NRL roadblock
Struggling Parramatta have offered controversial hard man Willis Meehan a contract and hope to have him on board before the June 30 transfer deadline – but have hit a roadblock in the NRL Integrity Unit.
Meehan – a tremendous talent who played first grade for the Roosters three years ago at the age of 18, has skeletons in his closet and the NRL is worried about giving him another chance in the big league.
A junior Australian super-heavyweight boxing champion, Meehan was charged with assault a couple of years ago.
But those close to him insist the 21-year-old is a changed man.
“He has a real job and has been doing work out in the community,” a source tells me.
“All he wants is a second chance and plenty of other blokes in the game have been given that after making mistakes.”
Kiwi born Meehan has been likened in build and skills to the great Sonny Bill Williams and would be a great addition to the Eels pack.

Second chance? Manly gave him a second chance then he smashed up the hotel room in coffs harbour during pre season - hence why we released him.
Word is they are trying to organise some third parties to get Thurston to replace Norman and Cam Smith to replace Jennings. Jennings will be medically retired to free up the cap space to allow it to happen. Todd has already approved it. Plus they have another $1m available after releasing Hasson.
Arthur is having some difficulty convincing Smith he should move into the centres, but Smith has been overheard saying it could be "best for his family"... Apparently Arthur has always seen Smith as an outside back who is wasted at hooker.
Watch this space.
No, give him a third chance. The NRL should permantly ban meehan from playing NRL ever again
They did it because Moses led the Exodus, from Parramatta, to the Promised Land, at Homebush.I can't believe they signed moses for 900k... !
