With a decent 5/8 option we’d have won. With Schuster we’d have won by plenty. With Foran we’d have won by plenty. No big deal…. The troops will be back after the bye & we’ll be back to our winning ways.

Funa was a liability today. He more just got in the way in attack and was a bit brain dead at times in both attack and defense.

To be fair he's not a 5/8, not in a million different universes ... but he still had a shocker.

We tested their line quite a few times but the Knights held pretty firm. Not saying we would have won but it would have been interesting to see what impact Schuster might have made testing their defence.

Anyone remember that huge forward pass they all missed ? Everyone acted like it was nothing. Guarantee if Bellamy was on the receiving end of that call, the commentators, Fox and 9 would be all over it.

Pre-game I was hoping he would pull off a miracle at 5/8 . I think he’ll be returned to Blacktown pretty swiftly now. Feel bad for him, but he has had a cpl chances now.

That was a really bad game from us. Yes the refereeing was atrocious, and gave us no real chance of winning that game. Funa was defintely the wrong choice at five eight. We played extremely dumb football. Our attack was clunky and our defence was pretty woeful as well. We had a lot of players out. Keppie had his worst game all year. Tom made no impact. DCE was off his game again etc etc etc These are all reasonably valid excuses (some more than others) for what we saw tonight. BUT how important is Schuster to us right now? Thoughts.

Basically must have both Turbo & Schu to really be a threat...

I love DCE as a player but the only 2 opportunities we had in there 20 that half he butchered both of them.

We never got any momentum at all today.

Watch this match will cost us probably a home final later in the season

We weren't on fire but you can't win when you have 20 minutes of the game a man down and a 9-0 penalty count.
Even with that stacked against us if Schuster or Foran play we win that game comfortably.

Whenever we got any monentum the knights pulled a trainer stopage. It was total bulls*&t and that weak c*&t Cummstain gave into them at every chance. It was an orchestrated stitch up of epic proportions.
