He most certainly has signed with us, I think Ricky is just throwing contracts at people in vain like he did last year with Tom Symonds, Michael Ennis and a few others.

'Chasing' is such a lose term that encompasses literally anything. Ricky could have said "Boy I would love Taupau in my side" and that would count as the Raiders chasing him as far as the media is concerned.
