With all these new teams coming in that are cashed up, I think it's going to be really hard to attract any players for the next few years unless we pay overs and or the offer of consistent fg games (if said player is behind others at current club)

Last but not least . The 4 year Brooks Bargain buy of the century Turned out to be We got t we paid for . We paid for a player that did not deliver at the Tigers and was released when they started a serious rebuilding new era and we got Nothing New from the same old Brooks .

Sometimes you can get Bargain buys and prosper with a proper coach
Proper coaches over achieve like Bellamy or Ciraldo that Brings out the Best out of those Bargain Buy players .
On the other hand if you have an underachieving Mediocre coach . He will have his team icludinng his star players underperforming.
This why a Clever coach is critical
