It would be an interesting case to take to the Industrial commission. being adjudged guilty and having to prove innocence, is unfair and challengable. Organizations that have rules that impact on the earnings of their employees must have fairness built into their work practises. On the Fenech tweet, he should be hauled into the big room and told in no uncertain terms that to show bias as an employee of the NRL is not a good look.
