I'd have him at Manly. As long as there are no chronic injuries lurking, he would be great. A winger with raw aggression and good speed that brings the ball back with gusto.

Mansour still has a lot of mistakes and errors in his game. He is not worth Marquee winger wage imo. Survey Baz would know the best young up and comers at Penrith, are the Jennings Bros anygood?

Agreed on the youngster front, a gosl kicking wing is crucial though. Sides these days underestimate the use of having good goal kickers. Each team should have 2-3 quality kickers, look at the Broncos and Cowboys. Broncos: Parker, Kahu, Hunt Cowboys: Thurston, Feldt, Coote
