If only the owner had a proven long term business record and a history of working with the club hey lovefooty?

I remember the same being said about Newcastle a few years ago. (Tinkler had over 1 billion then). It's good to see that if the privately owned clubs don't work the N. R. L will return clubs back to the community.

I hope we don't see the bottom fall out of the weight loss industry.😀

How much of Tinkler's wealth was not actually tied up in companies/shares? The warning signs were there for the Knights before he took over, and they were lucky that two blokes refused to concede without guarantees.

Comparing Tinklers wealth to what the Penns have accrued, is like comparing Parramatta with a decent football team.

he has a striking resemblance to Ned don't you think?. I am sure we are heading for better times, the next decade will be even better than the last for us.

I was thinking more along the lines of Dick Smith.
Whats up with the front on /side shot /front on / side shot presentation...

I was a bit disappointed they didn't throw in a couple of other innovative perspectives, maybe spider-cam for an overhead shot and mic-cam for a mouth close-up.

Kelly shows mark of a leader

New Manly CEO Joe Kelly had only been in the top seat a number of days when he showed the weak and indecisive leadership of the past would be no longer.

As soon as front-row hopeful Zane Tetevano was found guilty of a string of charges, many related to domestic violence, Kelly took about five seconds to terminate his contract and send out a strong statement that such behaviour would not be tolerated at the Sea Eagles.

You have to wonder what was going through the previous management's head to allow Tetevano to step through Manly's front door in the first place.
