We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. New Manly CEO Joe Kelly had only been in the top seat a number of days when he showed the weak and indecisive leadership of the past would be no longer.
As soon as front-row hopeful Zane Tetevano was found guilty of a string of charges, many related to domestic violence, Kelly took about five seconds to terminate his contract and send out a strong statement that such behaviour would not be tolerated at the Sea Eagles.
You have to wonder what was going through the previous management's head to allow Tetevano to step through Manly's front door in the first place.
