Hey feathered friends ?
What example are we to others that are struggling ?
How would we like it if others kicked us in the guts when we are down and out
No one is perfect and we all have our flaws
What this world needs is more encouragement than put downs
We are Silvertails . Let us rise above looking down on the less fortunate and show some class .

I like this one and something we should embrace. However, we must remember that sometimes the person you are helping up is really trying to drag you down.

I can understand your frustrations
The thing about frustration is what breaks our spirit and makes it easier to give up in life .

I will put this in a footy perspective as all of us need inspiration and motivation to bring out the best in us and instill belief in us that we can be the best we can be .

Two teams are getting thrashed at half time and one coach puts the boot in his team and tells them how hopeless they are and tells them he has given up on them because they will never be any good and has walked out on them and resigned
The other coach focus on his players strengths and encourages them and tells them that if they focus in the second half and do the best they can and learn from the fist half he believes they can rise to another level and have a chance in the second half to make amends and be winners
It is clear which coach would have the most positive affect on us and that is the positive coach .

The fact is rehabilitation is a process and the best possible cure is time , perseverance encouragement and belief all the way to being the best we can be

Have a resilient and positive day feathered friend and enjoy the festive season

Before you offer to help someone, ask them if they are willing to give up what hurts them.

There are 3 types of people that come into our lives
The ones that watch us go through adversity and do nothing
The ones that are good enough to ask us if we are willing to get help
And the GREAT ones that persevere and take time to find a away to inspire us so we can be able see a new meaning in our life and motivate us to the change that we need .

Here's a closer look at the scandals that have rocked the NRL 2018-19 pre-season.

NRL star Jamil Hopoate will front court today after allegedly breaching a restraining order — and his bail conditions — just a fortnight after being charged over a drunken incident in December.

The off-contract Brisbane Broncos player handed himself in to Manly Police Station at about 9am this morning, where he was charged with allegedly contravening a domestic violence AVO and breaching bail.

The fresh charges come just a week before he was due to front court over an alleged domestic violence assault on the NSW Mid North Coast.
Police were on December 27 called to a pub on Bay Street, Port Macquarie about 8.30pm following reports of an alleged assault.
Hopoate was later charged with three counts of common assault, stalking or intimidation and mid-range drink driving over the alleged incident — charges understood to involve a woman known to him.
The 26-year-old is the son of renowned rugby league star John Hopoate. He previously served a year in jail in 2014 for allegedly assaulting a man at a Sydney pub.
He was refused bail and is due to front Manly Local Court today.
