It's not about hating the guy. Results are results. It may not be his direct fault we have been an average footy side since he took the reins, but you can't deny he has been our marquee player for the last 10-12 yrs and during that time, we have been average.
Individually, super talented. But has a habit of burning bridges and being unable to lead through adversity. When he signed the 10yr deal, he was the highest paid player in the game. We all would have expected 1 maybe two prems.
Has always been about the $$ with Cherry which is fine but call it how it is. To publicly come out and say he won't finish up with Manly contradicts his reason for backflipping on the Titans. Which was to be a ONE club player.
My personal view is he's talented, but players don't want to go to war with him and this impacts the morale of the team and ultimately the results.
