Jamal Fogarty

I enjoyed his earlier work down on the corner & especially when he was at Green River but when he's in centrefield he looks a bit like the old man down the road.

DCE probably doesn’t need to look at Fogarty , He needs to look at some of his old highlights and start play like that , DCE is as good as any other 1/2 in the game he just needs to find that form that put him on top of the pile instead on the bottom of it at the moment

What would you do in that situation if you were playing half? Personally I'd try standing closer to the play the ball and a couple of metres back to give myself more time. I'd have a second rower running an outside in line ready for a face ball and I'd have a center and winger out beyond the second rower running straight so I could throw a cut out pass if I saw the opposition sliding in. About once in every three sets (if I was getting pressured) I'd put through a little kick for the outside backs to chase or go for a 40/20 - just to make the opposition think twice about rushing up. If the opposition stop rushing me I'd try running the ball before I passed.
looks like you have all the answers, maybe you need to go for a drive to narabeen and help them out because they can't figure it out themselves

Channel Nine reporting that we are trying to replace Cherry Evans with Fogarty.
I like this a lot. As much as DCE was a gun player, far out, we need someone who can just game manage with Turbo playing.

Watching DCE and Turbo against the Warriors was a disaster-class in game management. Too many cooks spoiling the broth, and a reinforcement of a negative game plan of shift... shift... shift...

When those shifts don't come off, we're put under pressure, and unfortunately our answer for being put under pressure, is also to shift. Negative cycle.

It'd be good to see someone who just makes his kicks. I have a strange feeling that Seibold would actually prefer that.

The first twenty minutes against the Raiders was the same out the back and shift to the edges without anyone challenging the line.

We were fortunate to have so much ball and Garrick barge over to get points rolling.

How about Galvin ?
Out and out footballer who has the ability to double down as a great lock forward
You know more than me but do we not need a "manager" style role? If you look at the storm who basically play with a manager at 9 and the rest of the play makers are fullbacks I can see how we could line up that way

Im my opinion it is poor, destructive and self focussed behaviour that was unnecessary. He could have announced his decision with a lot more class and paid some respect to his club, team mates and fans. He has a manager that handles negotiations and there was no need for the media circus.
