Apart from Galvin you have 3 of the greats of the game.....which shows you how easy it is to be "good enough and old enough"Fittler, Galvin, Cleary, Cam Smith etc, were all kids when they started. 17-18yrs if you're good enough you're old enough. Just throw them in the deep end at least 15-20mins at the end of a game when opponents are tired starting ASAP by next year they're ready to go first round. Get them on the bench replacing DADS ARMY then get rid of them and use the $$$cash to sign and keep our future youngsters before they're gone....
