Jake Trbojevic offers nothing in attack

Well Penrith have won 4 in a row.
Storm are always there and there about every year, and are currently favourites to win the whole thing.
I would suggest that anyone who even remotely follows NRL would pick these two as the benchmark teams that everyone else is chasing in 2025, yeah?
You are correct though, I could have named the other 16 teams in my original thoughts, just to cover every possible scenario.
Thank you for your reply feathered friend .
Absolutely I agree with you that the Benchmark are the Panthers and the Storm 100%

This is also my way of thinking ..
We have three categories in the Pursuit to the 2025 Premiership
We have the The Benchmark Favourites Panther /Storm
We have the Challengers Which I believe are teams like Manly , Sharks , Broncos ,
We have the Probable's and Teams like Waynes Wabbits , Bulldogs
and We have the No hopers like the Mighty Mediocre Eels .
Have a Winning Day @mave and Go Manly !

I ABSOULUTELY hate 6 again, who ever made this change is an absolute joke.
I am not a massive fan of the 6 again, however, it has certainly sped up the game and kept the ball in play, rather than losing 30 to 60 seconds while a team kicks for the sideline and restarts, so that adds to fatigue and potentially more points.

I thought Jake had his best game in years on Saturday night and while he didn’t make a line break, as some have posted, probably Sipley was the only middle forward who did, when he scored his try.

Yep, our defence through the middle lapsed at the end of the game, however, that was just fatigue, as were the errors. Mind you, even Melbourne lost the 2nd half against Parra.

Definite change to Jakey's body shape. Looks leaner and fitter.
