Des or Toovey, I don’t mind, would love both and may suit the Penn’s more so as to ease Tooves back into the club again without them being too embarrassed. Don’t they see though that if they don’t sign one of these two, that they’ll face a hell of a lot more embarrassment then just simply ‘swallowing their pride’

I have heard L. Daley on Fox openly admit (numerous times) "he doesn't like Manly". Not indicative of someone that should receive any salary from us.

I understand why he'd dislike us, as we are a team he'd be used to getting flogged by in his career.

Laurie Daley played Manly on 12 occasions in his career and beat us 8 times with 4 losses.
Like I say, I don't want him near our club, but he was a great player and he didn't get flogged by Manly in his career.

Agree that Laurie Daley payed in a great team. But that wasn't part of anything I wrote. I simply disputed the fact that Laurie Daley got flogged by us in his career, and Ryan didn't like it lol

Are we really going that bad that we even considered Jason Taylor as an option and worst still that he rules himself out stating that he is not interested in the Sea Eagles gig. Our once proud is now becoming a laughing stock and there is no one to be blamed apart from the owners.

I hope they can get their sh!t together and make the right appointments for the coaching and football managers role. If they go with the cheapest options then they may not have the fan base which is the life of the club and in turn will be left to fork out more money themselves to keep the club going.

I hope Scott does the right thing for the club and get former Manly legends back, dpoing what they love … making us great again.

With Penn seemingly overseas most of the time, no coach, players setting the media narrative and preseason starting in a few weeks, the place could become seriously embarrassing.
