Inglis ****show will be interesting

Interesting comment from Paul Ken t on his blog when asked about Segeyaro:

"I think the whole thing is a joke and reflects poorly on the NRL administration who, for too many years now, have been running a populist campaign. It is really poor administration. To say they were salary cap compliant is so irrelevant it highlights what a poor job they are doing. Some in there really don't know what they're doing. They've never had any grounding in sports administration whatsoever."

What about how they let Cronulla cut Segeyaro from their top 30 in order to become cap compliant but then allowed him to sign a $1 contract with Newtown (their feeder club) & stay on an (unpaid) training contract with the Sharks?

How does that work when the NRL insisted on market value for Gift, resulting in having to let him go to Souths?

Now Segeyaro has popped up playing for Brisbane but wasnt properly registered at the time.

One minute the NRL enforce their rules to the nth degree, the next they use "their discretion" to give verbal authorisation for someone to play.

It really is a joke.

Todd will spin us the line that GI's new made up job is as a "Plastic Surgeon" and this was nothing more than a Doctor/Patient consultation.
