CW - you heard of strata law? I work for a solicitor specialising in that... we don't do conveyancing. There is enough meat in disputes & by-laws!! We get more work than we can handle...

Alot of clerks and students do the conveyancing for solicitors cause it's generally sooooooooo easy...

I practise law all I want... I'm just not allowed to work as a solicitor yet... LMAO :mrgreen:
