Fact is Mark that he shouldn't have mentioned Bozo at all. Bozo no longer works in any part of the NRL. Greensprog had no right to even mention him.

Beattie saying he is a lawyer and in his view it is a compelling case don't impress a me much! This is a standard line prosecutors use in respect of their case all of the time, and sometimes the case is ultimately dismissed. I'll believe it when I see the evidence.

It just proves what we have been saying all along that he is a common thug with not an ounce of integrity in him .. But don't you worry about that. He's going to have plenty of integrity in him once Bozo and his lawyers bend him over and school him on its meaning..

But for all that promise, rugby league has an enemy which threatens to tear us down … the doom merchants. There is probably no game in the world where you can see such amazing action on the field, only to wake up to a totally different picture in the morning. So often the heroics and athleticism on the field are quickly overshadowed by an agenda, opinion or act which robs the football of the attention it deserves. It’s this relentless and self-serving behaviour which threatens us most. Sadly, it comes from all parts of the game. And, naturally, the media and our competitors lap it up. What the doom merchants have to realise is that their actions permeate through all levels of the game, right down to the juniors. Mums are not going to register their sons and daughters in a sport which is poorly portrayed.
