I've been really flat lately because my family are arse holes, so my missus made me a roast pork dinner, baked spuds, gravy, apple sauce, roasted pumpkin and sweet potato - lots of crackling.

I'm having heart burn now - the problem is I don't know if it's the poor quality Sea eagles football, or the food I've just gauged !
