the LDS are pretty forgiving. My company is run by LDS members out of Salt lake, i have a lot of interaction with them

Agree, was just curious if there were legal considerations like "the working with children" laws etc ... sometimes just a criminal charge on a sex matter can disqualify you from many things ... not important .. but it could take the uncertainty of him going on a mission soon off the table ...
