I hope we don't lose Mauro. That would be four good local juniors lost in the space of a season.

We are losing lots now. The cap is catching up. We will be relying much more on the kids coming through in 2013 and 2014.

Back to Kitey, mighty achievement. Wonder if he will displace Lurch O'Neill in the next 'greatest ever' Manly lineup, considering he also won the CC Medal in 2008? I think only Bill Hamilton has played prop in more GFs for Manly, than Brent Kite.

Losing Mauro is not ideal - a reliable type without being outstanding.
If it means keeping Ballin/ Snake its an investment imo because I believe we have more foward depth including talented new signings than many are giving credit for.
