He has been good for Manly Seibold, he is one of the better visionaries in the coaching game, I do like how he is backing the young halves publicly and building around them, it will give confidence to other up and coming younger players to consider playing at Manly when the coach will give you a fair shot when you are ready, Hoppa is a fine example of being given a fair chance at a young age by Seibold.

Aight let's say Siebold is ****, who's realistically available and better than him right now?

I lean more towards getting rid of Dymock. He's been our defensive coach and has absolutely nothing to show for it, how's he avoided criticism? I realise Siebold holds some responsibility for his assistants appointments and performance too.

I think you hit the nail on the head with Penn tho, but that's not going to happen unless he sells - which he won't.
