The NRL don't run the game, it's run by these scumbag player/coach managers who have a stable of players and coaches on their books and are continually shopping these players around, you can't just go after one player at times i.e the Fainu's were a package deal. So clubs have to offload players to accommodate them. I'd love to see how much each club is paying for platers who have been offloaded and are currently playing for other teams.

There's contracts being broken left right and centre and the ones who do see out their contracts are being paid heaps.

I'm not defending them but outside of Schuster (which turned out terribly) i don't think the recruitment has been as bad as some make out.

I agree. We will go from having a spare parts hooker to a real hooker. He will probably play much better than he has been at the Tigers too, but that might take a bit of time to come to fruition.

I guess weekes is playing in a position where we are strong however hooker has been our Achilles heel since the Fainu cluster **** .
