Do it on the right with Turbo, Walks and even Uate chasing and it could work. None of them are exactly slow. They aren't the fastest going around, but they aren't slow either.
IIRC Brisbane actually tried this at one time last year. Hunt kicked straight off the scrum with James Roberts flying through after it. Only a bad bounce prevented him from getting the ball in the end, but the Broncos ended up making 50 metres without a forward doing a single hit up.
