Ugly
But parra have gotten away with so much
How that was a send off I will never know.
No one is leading tonight.
It's all well and good to play well with turbo DCE and Jake playing but tonight no one is really putting in.
This tonight again says more about our coach than when we are at full strength.
This is ugly tonight and it's destroying my birthday weekend ( birthday on Monday)
Glad I didn't go out live to this match.
I’d wish you Happy Birthday bud but might be a stretch right now…

Maybe turn the game off before it gets worse and make the most of what’s left of the birthday weekend… hope the rest of the weekend gets better…

don’t worry , Seibs will have them fired up for the second half, he’s told the boys:

“ahhhhh yeah ahhhhhhh yeah effort ahhhhh they are a good side…. ahhhhhh ahhhhh ahhhh”

The most disappointing thing is the lack of effort. We just don't look up for it at all tonight. Once Weekes got 10 in the bin, we played as if we knew we were done for. And it just got worse after that.

Turns out the bookies may have had this one right.

The only guy showing effort is Bully. And we haven't signed him for next year!!

All 4 tries have been simple one on one misses from Guac, Aloia, Arthur, and Weekes. Scramble defence on the line otherwise has been pretty good.

I expected this tonight just thought we would show some more fight than we are doing.

Afl team winning so not to bad a weekend.

I just wish our worst and best performances had a smaller gap.

Gordon's defence up the middle is still very suspect right now. A couple of weeks back at North Sydney Oval his defence was sorta kinda woeful and definitely not what a first grade hooker should be producing.

Its not all about service from dummy half. There is more to being a hooker in todays game than how good the dummy half work is. They have to be strong defenders because they play in the middle of the park.
And Croker is one of the only blokes making his tackles atm..

If Weekes had Gutho's footy smarts, he would be a very good player - rather than the NSW cup player he is currently.

There is a bit of an experience gap there. Weekes is where Gutho was in 2013, the young kid trying to break into first grade on a regular basis. Compare to Gutho now who is an 11 year veteran of the NRL, most of it as a fullback. It took Gutho a while to get the type of footy smarts that works in the NRL.

Weekes isn't quite ready for first grade yet. But he'll get there.

And we just kick and give them ball straight back - and what is all the smoke
