That would be a great outcome IMO, Choc staying and Mason signing.

We have still lost King, Stewart, Harrison & maybe one or two others, on top of the salary cap going up substantially to 6.55 million from 6.30 million.

Bare in mind Mason would be a one year deal, so won't affect the cap hit when Foran / DCE will be renewing their contracts.

Having Mason / Lawrence up front (size and mobility) is a good start to combating the Rooster / Rabbit types of forward packs.
