The last few weeks was an excellent opportunity for LG to prove himself and cement a spot next to DCE and he failed miserably, unless he improves by 80% I don't want him anywhere near Narra.

Agreed but it was a different role with no DCE imo... Cust isn't going to be running the attack with Chez back and he's barred from kicking now surely so I think LG offers more (for now)... jmo...

That's being mooted but apparently he has some injury and wouldn't be ready to play yet.

Hope Mbye is picked up as he helped the Dogs Cap by moving on and now is being pushed out by the Tigers

I have made no secret that I am a fan of both Croker and Cust .... they both have that solid no nonsense style reminiscent of Foran ....

Whether one or both kick on to the next level will be interesting to watch ..... both appear determined to succeed and I hope at least one of them makes it ..... I am not emotionally in favour og either, but will enjoy the contest .... may the best man win ....

I think at this stage since both Cust and Elgey have been a bit hit and miss so I'd go for the bloke that has a bit more confidence right now and backs his ability more. That's Cust for mine atm. Kane has been given many opportunities and has way more first grade experience but lets be honest - I doubt he'd be in the top few playing for Blacktown even atm. Go Manly

I think Cust looks the safer long term option but only because Croker is unfortunately made of glass. Elgey needs work.

Not sure if this has been mentioned but Custard got 1 point in the Dally M for last week. Good effort in losing side.

Personally I've seen little from Croker that justifies him ahead of Cust. Cust has a superior range of skills in my opinion
