Yeah- Steppa for me- I thought he was going great guns at the end of last year in both defence and attack as well as being safe under the high ball....don't do what aussie cricket has done (dropping Jacques after he hit the highest ever one day score on debut...WTF????)

Can anyone work out why we have bought Robertson?

I would have thought that Steppa and Hicks would be our wingers and then either Mattai or Alberts as a back up depending on which one misses out on the centre spot with bell.

In the Sun Herald profile of gains and losses they didn't even note Robertson as a loss for the Raiders.

I am willing to give him a go. If he performs he will get picked.

yes i was being sarcastic, his conversion rate is very low, something like 13 tries from 59 games. I would pick steppa based on what i have seen.

However if robertson forces his way in then that means he is (in theory) the better player for the job which is a good thing.

The way i see it he is here for depth.
