The old man stated he saw Brett's fly open (as you do), but his missus, the girls step mum, stated she didn't see that.  The dad will get slaughtered by Brett's legal eagle on the 22nd.  He was very good with the psych.

Regardless of whether he is innocent or guilty, he is still a high profile australian sportsman up on sexual assault charges.

The media WILL be all over it. Yeah it sucks that people write defaming articles without fact but im sure plenty of us here have been guilty of passing judgement on footballers with nothing more than a personal opinion to go off of.

I'm not sure about this, but to my mind I don't remember the word 'rape' or 'sexual intercourse' being used.  I think the term used is sexual assault.  I could be wrong though.

The charge was "sexual intercourse", which I now know includes using a digit.
