T-Rex is looking very fit and lean.

T-Rex has not looked fit and lean since he left Manly where he played at his best

The attitude and application is there and we should be expecting a big year from the big T-Rex

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles have established a new partnership with Dee Why RSL that will see the two Northern Beaches based organisations working together to design a special ANZAC jersey for season 2020.

Where would everyone stand on the Riss buying the club..? They have the moola to do it and would secure our future. TBH I only ever go to the club for kids parties at laser tag or dance recitals because it’s too far from Narrabeen ()so I don’t have much of an opinion of them but would be interested to hear others thoughts.

I don't think it's as much about running onto the ball as it is about running with power and purpose. I wouldnt say AFB steams onto the ball, but he barely ever gets dominated. T-Rex is close to the same build only taller.

The RSL seems to be well run and is obviously profitable and progressive. But the RSL supports a wide range of sporting groups and I doubt it would ever consider owning one, particularly one that wouldn't return the financial investment to its members.

Given they now have a significant debt to finance the latest renovation I doubt they would be in a position to own a footy club.

Even before the renovation the club itself was a significant step up from the Leagues Club which has been severely under invested over the last 20 yrs.

Having said that it is a bit of a cash cow and if the Reno is done well then there is no reason why this would change.

Therefore becoming a major sponsor/corporate partner and the home base for the Sea Eagles if Leagues Club goes under in the future could beneficial for both parties.

I would go as far as saying Trex generally starts flat footed and from zero ,Afb mid range ball receiving speed .Gotta say I love watching big props hitting the ball up at full throttle with no regard to opponents or their own health.Lets see someone take up that approach regularly this year.

A F B is a hard man to contain because as one opposition forward mentioned some time ago that he has arms like a crow bar and natural strength . Have to take into account that T Rex started his footy career as a winger then centre so his prior running game would be more influenced by being in those positions . Being a big lad , should not be that hard to transition into a more traditional forward power running game and seemed that he was starting to get much better in that department during the course of last season at Black Town .[ as he did with Manly in 2011 and on some occasions following ] Has had a heap of injuries as well and not to mention his other disruptions , he may still prove a handy addition to the i st grade squad though

Now that the holiday season is coming to an end I strongly believe there are at least another 10000 Manly supporters who will get back into the swing of things and the reality of every day life
