Davey says all the right things and does all the right things on the field as well. Just seems like a genuinely driven, determined guy. Really hope he gets to play a lot of minutes this season.

Inspiring. I hope he plays well this year, and can be offered a contract extension. He's got pace, size, step and a ton of determination.
At least my etickets for the game finally turned up. Can't say I'm impressed with Ticketmaster though.

Like the days in the 1970's. When Manly won 4 premierships over a 7 year period.

Indeed we did SL - though I had a note from my dad (not forged - the real deal), which said, "please excuse my son from school on Tuesday, he will be attending the Grand Final replay at the SCG". I handed that note in at school with great glee, as I recall.
I can remember two others with us - wondering where they are now. I can still recall where in which grandstand we sat, and Graham Eadie putting on a fullback masterclass to obliterate the Sharks.
The best of times.
