Club hierachy. Who does what?

I'm confused.
That's easy done.
But to work this place out is like that bloody knot in the fishing line.
I look at Australian cricket and can't figure out what pat Howard does.
But here we have an owner who is also chairman and acts like most clubs CEO's do.
A CEO, or whatever Lyall does, who says nothing.
A head of football who I can't name.
A coach on the defensive. Except on the field.
Who does what in this organisation?
Is there a structure?
If so can someone please enlighten.

In defence of Lyall Gorman. I emailed him a question about the Mr Plod contract and he responded really quickly. While his response wasn't specific at least he did get back to me, a long time supporter. I feel he is doing a good job in a difficult environment to engage more with fans.
